How to report a concern
Send enough detail to identify the work
Use the estimate form or contact page and clearly label the message as a warranty-service request. Include the property address, customer name, approximate completion date, the covered service, when the concern appeared, and anything that changed near the work area.
Upload wide photos that establish location and close photos that show the concern. Plans, signed documents, PDFs, and manufacturer information can also be attached. This information helps distinguish a workmanship question from maintenance, product, drainage, structural, or third-party issues before a visit is scheduled.
