Material planning
Compare site-work materials by function, exposure, and maintenance
Material selection should follow the load, drainage, soil, slope, access, appearance, and maintenance needs of the actual property.
Gravel and aggregate
Compare size, compaction, drainage, dust, traffic, edge restraint, and future maintenance. A driveway base, drainage stone, and finished walking surface do not perform the same job.
Drainage pipe and water-control components
Pipe type, diameter, slope, outlet, fittings, cleanouts, filter fabric, and surrounding stone should match the drainage plan and site conditions.
Waterproofing and repair assemblies
Membranes, coatings, drainage layers, protection board, backfill, and related products must be selected as a complete assembly. Product warranties remain separate from ROE workmanship coverage.
Deck and site-preparation materials
For deck-related work, identify the ground preparation, drainage, footing or access needs, and which materials belong to ROE versus another provider.

Bring product information you already have, but avoid ordering until measurements, quantities, access, site conditions, and the responsible installer are confirmed.
